Had a lovely, peaceful stay at Monte Do Cardal in beautiful surroundings. The pool was perfect for a refreshing dip and the rooms were comfortable, with nice patios to enjoy the sunset. The homemade breakfast was delicious and the staff were kind and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

our christmas party at monte do cardal villa was absolutely amazing! carla and her staff were so welcoming and attentive, giving us great recommendations and making us feel at home. the grounds were stunning, the rooms spotless and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was delicious. overall, a truly magical experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Monte Do Cardal Villa. the surroundings offered a perfect blend of beautiful beaches and stunning mountain landscapes. the tranquility of the place made it incredibly relaxing. the owner and staff, especially Carla and Solange, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to fulfill all our requests and provided us with valuable tourist information, including the best places to eat. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, especially the combination of starting my mornings with a refreshing swim in the pool and spending afternoons at the beach. Cons: Finding the villa can be a bit tricky at first. 📍.

The accommodation was lovely as was the pool area. the breakfast was fabulous and we could have stayed there all day. the bread was amazing and the choices of food for breakfast was great. Soloange & Rachael were lovely, so was the girl in the breakfast rooms whose name I can't remember.

Pillows could have been better, but I should have asked for different ones. We liked everything about the hotel, it was a great find.

There were a few negatives during our stay. The eggs were often cold and the selection was limited.

The rooms were slightly smaller than what we expected, but they had comfortable beds and the wide patios gave us a nice view. the breakfast included in the price exceeded our expectations with fresh fruit, orange juice, and a good variety of bread, cheeses, and meat. the owner was very helpful in providing information on local restaurants and other tourist attractions.

The rooms can get quite hot during the summer and there is only a fan available, no AC. sometimes availability can be an issue, so if you find it, book it immediately.

I had an amazing stay at Monte Do Cardal! The value for money was excellent, and the room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to beaches and the countryside. The staff, especially the manager Raquel, were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The flat we stayed in was very comfortable and well-furnished, offering everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh and homemade food, and we particularly loved trying the different types of jam. Despite the challenges, we had a great time at the hotel and would definitely consider returning during the summer to take advantage of the swimming pool.

It was quite challenging to find the hotel, but luckily the staff was kind enough to come and pick us up. , as a guest who enjoyed hiking, it was difficult to find transportation back to the town.
